Authors and qualified reviewers

A byline identifies a real responsible author. Technical approval identifies a qualified person reviewing a specific revision; automated checks do not supply those credentials.

What a byline means here

A resource should identify a real named person who accepts responsibility for the published article. A generic administrator account is not a professional biography. Existing names in the site’s article inventory are evidence of existing bylines, not permission to assign those people authorship of newly generated drafts.

New AI-assisted bodies remain labeled as editorial drafts until a real author is assigned and confirmed. This directory must not invent an author, a staff position, years of experience, professional testing or a project history to fill a design.

What qualified review means

A technical reviewer needs a documented qualification relevant to the assigned subject. The administrator records the actual WordPress user, the qualification, its verification reference, applicable services and the date of confirmation. The reviewer then approves the exact saved revision under their own account.

A construction credential does not automatically qualify a person to review every environmental, electrical, structural or mechanical topic. Review scope should match the claim being checked. Where more than one specialty is needed, obtain the relevant reviews and preserve their evidence rather than presenting one person as universally qualified.

What automated checks can establish

Software can identify missing fields, broken relationships, repetitive wording, malformed markup or a failed worksheet calculation. It cannot certify a person’s professional judgment or establish that the facts describe a specific property. A passing automated check is evidence about that check, not a substitute for professional review.

How a published review stays attached to the text

The component records approval against the body, title, path and editorial evidence. A change to those elements invalidates the approval. The visible reviewer information and the publication checks should therefore describe the current revision rather than a prior draft.

Article sources and substantive changes remain available to readers. Credentials should be described only as verified, with their actual scope and limitations. No badge or endorsement should imply that House Managers directly performs every independent trade discussed in a guide.

Named authors

The site owner identified Tome Fierre and David Mack as authors for the new resource-center drafts on October 31, 2026. Their names are displayed exactly as supplied. No biography, professional credential, staff title or trade qualification is asserted here.

Author credit does not establish technical approval. Qualified reviewer records and the review of each saved revision remain separate requirements. The technical drafts in this component have not yet received that approval.

Editorial review team

The site owner designated House Managers Editorial Staff as the editorial review credit on October 31, 2026. This is a team credit. It does not identify a qualified technical reviewer or establish that a particular draft has been approved.

Technical publication remains pending a named, qualified person with documented subject scope and approval of the exact saved revision. No professional credential or technical endorsement is asserted for the editorial team.

Current publication roster

Confirmed authors are listed from published resource records below. Qualified reviewers appear only when a documented reviewer profile supports their scope and their approval matches the current revision. If a roster is empty, no contributor has yet met those publication conditions in this component.

Ask about a credit or qualification

Use the existing contact workflow to report a specific byline or qualification concern. Include the public page and disputed statement. Do not submit private credentials or personal documents unless an authorized private verification process calls for them.
