Business description
Karoly Windows & Doors specializes in new and replacement windows and installation. With many years of experience in the industry, our knowledge of the many types and styles of windows is extensive. We will happily provide a free design consultation and help you choose the perfect windows for your home. Whether you prefer vinyl, aluminum, impact resistant, or energy efficient windows, we can assist you. We carry the top brands of windows including Simonton, PGT and BHI. Once you've decided on the right style and type of windows, we will install them for you. We will also happily beat any written quote from our competitors so you know you are truly getting the best deal possible. You can rest easy knowing that all of our products and services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed by Karoly himself. We encourage you to collect several estimates before you decide to go with any company. We know your time is valuable, so we've created the fastest way to get a 98% accurate quote by just letting us know the rough measurements of the windows and/or doors you'd like to replace. You may submit these measurements online on our website (www.karolywindows.com) or by phone 321-608-4343. We can not accept work for homes built prior to 1952 due to lead paint related regulations. All windows and doors are custom built to size specifications and because of that we have a 4 window minimum within our service area. Service areas include Tampa Bay, Clearwater, St Petersburg, Largo, Palm Harbor and surrounding areas.

Exterior and front entry doors
Exterior door replacements include front entry doors. Builders Hardware Inc. And Masonite by Florida Made Doors are named door product lines.
Prepare for a window consultation
Before discussing replacement windows, count the openings you want addressed and note approximate width and height measurements. A simple list of each opening can help keep the project scope clear. It may also help to note which qualities matter most to you, such as material, energy efficiency or impact resistance. Window replacement has a four-window minimum, so include the number of windows in your initial project planning.
Compare window options by priority
Start with the needs you want the new windows to meet, then compare the offered options against them. Vinyl and aluminum are available material choices; impact-resistant and energy-efficient options are also named. These descriptions identify categories to discuss, not a recommendation for a particular home. You can also consider style and product line, with Simonton and PGT among the named window brands.
Separate replacement work from repairs
The offered work centers on replacement windows, sliding glass doors and exterior doors. Window, door and sliding glass door repairs are not offered, nor are projects that make windows bigger or change a home’s exterior. Before requesting a project, describe whether the existing unit is being replaced in its current opening or whether the work involves a repair or alteration. Homes built before 1952 are also outside the work the company accepts.

Questions about Karoly Windows & Doors
What types of replacement windows can I discuss?
The company offers replacement windows and installation, with options that include vinyl, aluminum, impact-resistant and energy-efficient windows. A consultation can help narrow the choices by style and type.
Can I ask about replacing a sliding glass door?
Yes. Have the opening’s approximate measurements ready when discussing the project.
Are exterior or front entry doors available?
The door work includes exterior and front entry doors. Builders Hardware Inc. And Masonite by Florida Made Doors are named as door product lines.
Can I replace just one window?
The minimum for window replacement is four windows, so a single-window replacement is not offered. If your project includes doors as well, clarify the scope when asking about it.
Will the company work on a home built before 1952?
No. The company does not accept work for homes built before 1952. Confirm the home’s construction year before pursuing a replacement project.
Can I request a repair instead of a replacement?
Window and door replacement are offered, but window repairs, sliding glass door repairs and door repairs are not. If the issue is a repair rather than a replacement, this may not be the right service.
