Choosing a roofing option
Start by identifying the roof work you need and the options you want to compare: shingles, 24-gauge standing seam metal, or the 3-ply Torch On system. As general preparation, note the roof’s current condition and collect any relevant project documents or photos. Ask what each proposed scope includes so you can compare options on the same basis.
Planning related exterior work
Pressure washing, gutters, and downspouts are also available services. If you are considering more than one type of work, write down each task separately and clarify which surfaces or components you want addressed. This can help keep questions about roofing distinct from questions about cleaning or drainage components.
Preparing for a project discussion
Free estimates and warranties are offered, and payment options include check, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and financing. As general advice, ask what an estimate covers, request an explanation of applicable warranty terms, and clarify payment arrangements before proceeding. These questions help you understand the project details without assuming particular terms.
