About Marcelo Piriz
Marcelo Piriz offers interior and exterior painting, drywall repairs, and pressure washing in West Palm Beach. The work includes both small painting jobs and larger home painting projects. Roofing is also among the services. For a painting project, it can help to identify the rooms or exterior surfaces involved and consider any areas needing drywall repair before choosing paint or finishes. For pressure washing, note which outdoor surfaces need attention. Marcelo's base is West Palm Beach, and coverage locations extend to several other communities in the area.

Plan the scope before painting
List the rooms or exterior areas you want painted, then note any surfaces with damage, peeling, or holes. For interior work, consider whether furniture or belongings need to be moved away from the areas. For exterior work, make a note of the surfaces included so the project scope is clear.
Separate surface preparation from the finish work
Painting and drywall repair can address different stages of a wall project: drywall repairs deal with damaged drywall, while painting changes the finished surface. If both are relevant, identify the repair locations and the areas you want painted. For pressure washing, specify the outdoor surfaces involved and mention any visible damage or concerns.
Describe the job clearly
A useful project description names the service, the areas involved, and whether the request is for a small repair or work across a larger part of the home. For roofing, identify the concern or area you want assessed; the specific roofing work offered is not detailed here.

Questions about Marcelo Piriz
What should I consider before an interior painting project?
Before interior painting, make a list of the rooms and surfaces involved, and note any visible holes, cracks, or peeling areas. This helps distinguish painting work from drywall repairs that may need attention first.
How can I prepare for exterior painting?
Identify which exterior surfaces need painting and whether any areas have visible damage or peeling. Sharing those observations can help clarify the intended scope of the painting work.
When should I ask about drywall repair?
Drywall repair is a suitable request for damaged drywall surfaces. Before discussing the work, note where the damage is and whether it affects one small area or several locations.
What should I identify before requesting pressure washing?
Pressure washing is one of the services offered. It is useful to identify the outdoor surfaces you want addressed; delicate or damaged surfaces may need special care, so mention any concerns when discussing the project.
