AT A GLANCE

About Fiddler Roof Cleaning Inc

Fiddler Roof Cleaning Inc provides roof cleaning in Boynton Beach, Florida. Its roof-cleaning approach uses low pressure and an environmentally friendly cleaner, and the company says it cleans metal and asphalt-shingle roofs. The company also offers pressure washing and gutter cleaning. For roof maintenance after an initial cleaning, it describes a treatment applied from the ground. HOA representatives comparing options can first identify the roof material, the surfaces needing attention, and whether they are seeking a one-time cleaning or ongoing roof maintenance.

Low-pressure roof cleaning

The company describes low-pressure cleaning for roof surfaces, including metal and asphalt shingles. The business offers HOAs, rather than individual homes, as the customers it serves.

Ground-applied roof treatment

A roof-maintenance treatment is for application from the ground after an initial cleaning. This may be relevant to HOAs considering ongoing roof care.

Pressure washing

Pressure washing is among the company’s services, and commercial power washing is an offering. Property managers can specify the shared exterior surfaces they want considered.

Gutter cleaning

Gutter cleaning is included among the offerings. An HOA can identify the buildings or sections where gutter cleaning is being considered.

Prepare a useful HOA roof-cleaning inquiry

Before comparing roof-cleaning options, identify the roof materials across the property and note which buildings or sections need attention. If the community has more than one roof type, separating those details can help make the scope clearer. It may also help to gather existing maintenance records, photographs of visible staining, and any association requirements about access to the property. These are general preparation suggestions, not a statement about the company’s project process.

Choose the service around the surfaces involved

Roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing address different parts of an exterior-maintenance plan. An HOA can list the specific roofs, gutters, or shared exterior surfaces it wants considered, rather than treating all cleaning needs as one task. For commercial power washing, note the surfaces and areas involved so the request is specific. This helps the association distinguish a roof-maintenance question from a broader exterior-cleaning request.

Consider the cleaning method and maintenance goal

The company describes low-pressure roof cleaning and a treatment that can be applied from the ground. When comparing roof options, an HOA may want to ask what the proposed method involves, which roof materials it is intended for, and whether the request is for an initial cleaning or later maintenance. These questions help a property manager evaluate the work against the community’s needs without assuming that every roof or maintenance schedule is the same.
