Services

Explore the services below and confirm the scope of your project directly with the provider.

Roof installation and replacement

Roofing work includes installation and replacement, with options for tile, wood shakes, shingles, metal, flat roofs, modified bitumen, single-ply, and built-up roofing.

Roof repairs

Repair service addresses roofing problems such as leaks or deterioration. Sharing where the issue appears and any changes you have noticed can help define the concern.

Roof maintenance

Maintenance is available as a roofing service. It can be considered when planning ongoing care or addressing concerns before deciding whether more extensive work is needed.

Roof inspections

Roof inspections are available for homes and buildings. An inspection request can be a starting point when you need information about a roof’s condition.

New construction roofing

Roofing for new residential and commercial construction is included among the services. Project planning can take account of building type, plans, and roofing needs.

Roof permitting

Permitting is based in connection with roofing projects. If permits are relevant to your project, include that in the initial scope discussion.

Start with the roof’s condition

For a repair or replacement discussion, make a short record of what you have noticed: leak locations, visible damage, affected rooms, and when the problem began. Photos taken from a safe place can help you describe the concern. Avoid climbing onto a roof to inspect it yourself. A roof inspection is also as a service and can help you focus the conversation on the roof’s condition.

Compare roofing materials for the project

Roof materials differ in appearance, construction, and installation requirements. Before choosing among tile, shingles, metal, shakes, or flat-roof systems, consider the existing roof type, the building’s plans, and any project constraints. As general preparation, gather existing roof documents or product information if you have them, then ask which options fit the work under consideration.

Plan the scope for new or replacement roofing

For new construction, clarify whether the project is residential or commercial and what stage of building is underway. For an existing roof, note whether you are considering a repair, maintenance, or full replacement. General project preparation can include collecting plans, documenting known issues, and listing questions about permits, inspections, and the work sequence.

Questions about All American Roofing

When should I ask about roof repair?

A leak or visible deterioration is a reason to consider a roof repair assessment. If possible, note where water appears, when it happens, and any visible changes so the issue can be discussed clearly.

What types of roofing are available?

The roof options include tile, wood shakes, shingles, metal, flat roofing, modified bitumen, single-ply, and built-up roofing. The suitable choice depends on the building and project requirements, so compare options for the specific roof rather than assuming one material fits every property.

What can a roof inspection help me determine?

A roof inspection can help clarify the roof’s condition and whether repair or replacement is the more relevant next step. Useful context to gather includes the roof’s age if known, the location of visible damage, and any leak history.

What should I prepare before asking about roof maintenance?

Roof maintenance is available for a service and can be considered as a preventive part of caring for a roof. A homeowner can keep notes about visible wear, past repairs, or recurring concerns to help focus a maintenance discussion.

Does the roofing work include new construction?

Roofing is available for both residential and commercial projects, including new construction. When planning, identify the type of building, whether it is new or existing, and any known design or material requirements.

How can I check whether my location is in the service area?

The coverage includes Fort Lauderdale and other Florida communities, with ZIP codes provided for service areas. Check your ZIP code against the coverage information before making plans for a project.
