Services

Explore the services below and confirm the scope of your project directly with the provider.

Plumbing repairs and remodeling

Services include plumbing repairs and remodeling. For a repair, identify the affected area and describe the symptoms; for remodeling, outline the rooms, fixtures, and plumbing changes involved.

Gas piping and tankless water heaters

The work includes gas piping, natural and LP gas installations, and tankless gas water heater installations. Note the intended appliance or project and any details you know about the existing connection.

Water heaters and plumbing fixtures

Water heater work and plumbing fixture services are included. When asking about a project, specify the type of heater or fixture and whether the need involves a repair, replacement, or a planned change.

Leak locating and repairs

Water leak locating and repairs are available services. Share where moisture or water is visible and any changes you have noticed, while keeping in mind that the visible area may not identify the source.

Drain cleaning and sewer video inspection

The service list includes drain cleaning and sewer video inspection. Describe which drain or line is involved and whether the issue is recurring or affects multiple fixtures.

Before discussing a plumbing project

As a preparation step, make a short inventory of the issue or planned work. For a repair, record the affected fixture or area, what has changed, and whether the problem is ongoing or intermittent. For remodeling, list the rooms and fixtures involved and note which parts of the plumbing you hope to change. Photos and appliance information can also help you explain the project clearly. These are general preparation suggestions, not a description of the company’s service process.

Separate symptoms from suspected causes

A leak, slow drain, or water-heater problem can have more than one possible cause. Describe what you observe without relying only on a diagnosis: where water appears, which drains are affected, or what seems different about the heater. If several fixtures are involved, mention that too. Clear observations help focus a conversation on the appropriate service, such as leak locating, drain cleaning, or water-heater work.

Match the service and location

The work ranges from repairs and fixture services to remodeling, gas piping, and sewer inspection. Before arranging a project, identify the service that most closely matches the need and check whether the property ZIP code appears in the coverage information. For a project involving more than one category, such as a remodel that includes a water heater or gas piping, describe each part so the scope is clear.

Questions about DOC'S PLUMBING

What information should I have ready when asking about drain cleaning?

The service list includes drain cleaning. Before describing the issue, note which drain is affected, whether it is slow or fully blocked, and whether the problem is limited to one fixture or involves several drains. That information helps distinguish a localized drain concern from a wider plumbing issue.

What details are useful when reporting a possible water leak?

Water leak locating and repairs are available services. If you can, note where you see water or signs of moisture, when you first noticed it, and whether it changes when water is used. Avoid assuming the visible spot is the source, since water can appear away from the affected pipe or fixture.

What should I clarify about a tankless gas water heater project?

The services include tankless gas water heaters and gas piping. When discussing a project, identify whether you are replacing a heater or planning a new installation, and share the heater type and any relevant details about the existing gas connection. Gas piping and water-heater installation are distinct parts of a project and may need to be discussed separately.

When might I ask about a sewer video inspection?

A sewer video inspection is among the services. It may be useful to ask what portion of the sewer line is being inspected and what kind of findings the inspection can document. If the concern is recurring backups, note where they occur and how often, rather than relying on a single symptom.
