Residential and commercial painting
A project discussion can begin with the surfaces and spaces to be painted and the finish being considered.
Roof painting and waterproofing
Roof painting and waterproofing are available services. Clarify the surface and requested coating, and distinguish these needs from roof repairs or replacement.
Pressure washing
Pressure washing is available as a service. It may be relevant when cleaning an exterior surface, depending on the surface material and condition.
Carpentry
Interior and exterior carpentry are available. Describe the location and type of work needed to clarify whether it fits the requested project.
Stain and varnish
Stain and varnish work is available for projects where a finish other than paint is being considered. Identify the surface and the appearance you want to discuss.
Custom murals
Custom murals are available. Share the intended location, approximate size, and visual direction when describing a mural project.
Plan around the surface and finish
Before requesting painting or a coating, make a list of the surfaces involved and note their material, current finish, and visible condition. For interiors, identify the rooms and trim or other details to include. For exteriors, distinguish walls, doors, or roof surfaces. These details help clarify whether the project calls for painting, waterproofing, or another service.
Clarify preparation and project boundaries
Pressure washing and carpentry are among the services, but the needs of each property differ. As a planning step, point out areas that may need cleaning, repair, or special handling, and ask which tasks are included in the proposed scope. If you are considering roof painting, be specific about whether you need a coating only or have other roof concerns.
Choose details for specialty work
For staining, varnishing, or a custom mural, gather reference images or describe the intended appearance and where the work will go. Identify the surface material and whether the finish must coordinate with nearby areas. This information can make it easier to discuss the right service and the boundaries of the work.
