The service model combines replacement filters with regular delivery by mail. Monthly deliveries are intended to help customers remember to replace their filters, and the offerings also include a monthly change reminder. Customers considering a replacement can start by checking the filter opening and the filter type currently in use, then compare those details with the available options.
Business description
The FilterCub was established in March of 2001 and has been responsible of providing quality A/C Filters and outstanding customer service ever since. In 2001, we discovered that the A/C Filter Industry was not offering quality products and personal service to homeowners and small businesses. We also learned that finding (or knowing) the correct size A/C filter was a difficult task. We created The FilterClub by focusing on Quality Filter first. This polyester filter has been used in large commercial properties like hospitals and schools for the last 40 years. It is tested by an independent laboratory to capture 90-95% of the dust in the home or workplace making it a MERV 8. Secondly, this product was not easily accessible to homeowners and small businesses. But to our surprise we learned that these filters could easily be adapted to residential homes and small businesses. Our plastic custom made-to-fit Lifetime Guaranteed Frame made this possible. Last but certainly not least we focused on Customer Service. We realized that if our members could be reminded to change their A/C filter they would be more incline to change it regularly. We developed the monthly service of delivering the replacement filters via United States Post Office. This ensures you will remember to change your filter regularly and conveniently save you a trip to the store. These three features... * Quality Filter that Reduces Dust * Custom Size to Ensure Correct Fit * Regular Delivery via USPS ....gives us the strong foundation we have been building on since 2001.

Check the filter before choosing a replacement
Start with the dimensions of the filter currently installed, and look for a printed rating or product label. If the filter size is unclear, measure the opening or the existing filter and record the measurements. Also check the equipment instructions for any filter requirements. These steps can help distinguish a standard replacement from a custom-made-to-fit option.
Compare filter types and ratings
A filter's fit and its rating are both relevant when selecting a replacement. If you are comparing these choices, consider what is printed on your existing filter and what your equipment instructions call for. Ask for product details when a filter's materials or performance are not clear.
Plan around replacement timing
A regular replacement routine can make filter changes easier to remember. The FilterClub offers monthly replacement-filter delivery by mail and a monthly reminder. As general preparation, check the change interval recommended for your particular equipment; a monthly delivery schedule may not match every system's recommended timing.
