Electrical contracting and repairs

Electrical work and repairs for residential, commercial, and marine customers. When discussing a project, share the setting, the issue or goal, and any options you would like to consider.

Prepare a clear project outline

Before discussing electrical work, write down the goal of the project and the areas or equipment involved. Note whether the request concerns a new project, an existing issue, or a repair. For commercial and marine settings, include details that distinguish the site and its intended use. This preparation can make it easier to discuss the scope without assuming that every project has the same requirements.

Understand the work and options

When considering a repair or project, ask what tasks are included and what alternatives may be available. A clear explanation of scope helps you compare choices based on the work proposed rather than on a single phrase or estimate alone.

Share useful details about the site

The company serves residential, commercial, and marine customers, so identifying the setting is a helpful starting point. Describe where the electrical work is needed, what prompted the request, and any access or operating constraints you already know about. Keep observations separate from assumptions, especially if the cause of an electrical problem is not clear.
