Business description
The Combined Group is a locally owned business with over 12 years of industry experience in general contracting. I opened The Combined Group in 2008 because I saw the need in my community for a high quality, ethical, and professional contracting and construction solution. I was always told to do what you love and you will succeed because it won’t feel like a job….rather a passion you are following. I have a great passion for what I do and the customers I serve. It gives me a great sense of pride when I see the smiles of happiness on my customer’s faces when they see their finished product. The Combined Group has the experience, knowledge, and compassion to work with our customers and families at a fair price. We believe that we set ourselves apart from our competitors because of our attention to every detail and our business ethic. We do it right. We are consistent. Our customer’s satisfaction is our most important goal. We believe that The Combined Group is a great company for anyone because we are fully licensed, insured, and above all – we focus on 100% customer satisfaction. We would love the opportunity to partner with you for your home improvement needs.

Kitchens and bathrooms
Kitchen and bathroom projects are included among the renovation services. Identify the rooms and the changes you have in mind to define what you want to discuss.

The contracting work includes additions and build-outs. A clear description of the space and its intended use can help you outline the project.
Flooring

Painting
Painting is included in the business’s services. Define the rooms or surfaces you want to refresh before discussing the scope.
Carpentry and finish work
Carpentry and finishes are included among the offerings. Note the specific areas or details you want addressed when outlining your project.
Income property face-lifts
The offerings include face-lifts for income properties. Identify the areas you want refreshed and how the space is intended to be used.
Start with the project outcome
Before choosing a service, write down what you want to improve: a more functional kitchen, refreshed bathroom, new flooring, updated paint, or additional usable space. Separate essential changes from optional ones. For a larger remodel, note which parts of the home may be affected together; for a focused update, identify the exact rooms or surfaces. This is general planning advice, not a statement about the provider’s project process.
Clarify the scope of a remodel
A renovation can involve several kinds of work, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and build-outs. Prepare a brief description of the current space, the intended result, and any constraints that matter to you. If you are considering more than one area, list them separately so the discussion can distinguish connected work from separate projects. Ask which parts of your proposed scope fit the services you need.
Compare finish choices before work begins
For flooring, painting, carpentry, or finish work, gather examples of the look you prefer and identify where each material or finish will be used. Think about how the rooms function day to day and which details are most important to preserve or change. If the work is part of a larger renovation, consider how the finishes will relate to the surrounding areas. These preparation steps can help make your priorities easier to explain.
