About Maintenance Services
Maintenance Services handles residential and commercial maintenance and handyman projects in South Florida. Its work includes painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and plaster repairs, concrete work, pressure cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and irrigation sprinkler repairs. The range spans small upkeep needs as well as projects that may combine more than one type of work, so it can help to specify the exact tasks when describing a job. That can be relevant for customers considering a larger or multi-trade scope: identify the separate tasks and ask which are included in the proposed work. Maintenance Services is based in Boca Raton, and its service locations include several nearby South Florida communities.

Define the work before requesting a quote
For a maintenance project, make a short list of the tasks rather than describing only the general problem. Note the affected rooms, surfaces, fixtures, or outdoor areas, and distinguish repairs from finishing work. For example, a wall project might involve drywall repair, plaster work, and painting; identifying each part makes it easier to discuss the intended scope. If several trades are involved, list them separately and ask what is included in the proposed work.
Prepare useful project details
Before a conversation about carpentry, concrete, or irrigation repairs, collect basic information such as approximate dimensions, the location of the work, and what outcome you want. Photos can help explain visible conditions, though they may not reveal concealed problems. For plumbing or electrical concerns, describe what you observed and when it occurs. This is general preparation advice, not a description of a required provider process.
Consider how the project is divided
Some maintenance requests involve several different kinds of work. A project could include carpentry and painting, or a repair followed by drywall and plaster finishing. Ask which tasks are part of the same scope, whether any work would be handled by a subcontractor, and what decisions or materials need to be settled before work begins. Clear boundaries help customers compare proposals and understand what remains outside the request.

Questions about Maintenance Services
Does Maintenance Services offer plumbing?
Yes. Plumbing is among the services. When describing a plumbing job, note which fixture or area is affected, whether the issue is ongoing, and any visible signs such as leaking or drainage trouble; those details help clarify what needs attention.
Can I ask about electrical work?
Yes. Electrical work is included among its maintenance services. For a request, identify the affected location and describe what is happening without attempting repairs that may be unsafe; the specific work needed should be discussed as part of defining the project.
Are painting and wall repairs among the services?
Yes. Painting, drywall, and plaster work are available. Before planning, note which rooms or surfaces are involved and whether the walls need repair as well as paint, since those are distinct parts of a project scope.
Can I request dryer vent or pressure cleaning?
The services include both dryer vent cleaning and pressure cleaning. For either request, specify what needs cleaning and the location; for pressure cleaning, it is useful to identify the surface, while for a dryer vent, identify the appliance and vent route if known.
Does Maintenance Services handle residential and commercial work?
When discussing a project, explain whether the site is a residence or commercial property and identify the requested tasks, since the setting and scope may affect what needs to be considered.
