Wallpaper removal
Wallpaper removal is Fixit's specialty. Customers planning a new wall finish can discuss how removal fits with any related repair or painting work.
Drywall repair
Drywall repair is offered for projects involving damaged wall surfaces. Explain the location and visible condition of the area when discussing the work.
Painting
Painting is among Fixit's services. It can be discussed on its own or alongside wallpaper removal and drywall repair when planning a room refresh.
General handyman work
Fixit also offers general handyman work. Share the specific task to clarify whether it fits the work being considered.
Plan the wall work in stages
For a room update involving wallpaper removal, think through what you want the walls to look like afterward. Make a list of the areas with wallpaper and note any visible damage or places that may need drywall repair. If painting is also part of the plan, mention that early so the work can be discussed as a sequence rather than as unrelated tasks. This is general planning advice, not a description of a specific work process.
Describe the condition and scope
Before asking about a repair or handyman task, identify the room, the affected area, and what outcome you want. Photos and a short written list can help you explain the project clearly. For drywall concerns, distinguish visible damage from the finish you hope to achieve; for painting, note which surfaces you have in mind. These details help frame a conversation, but do not establish what work is required.
Clarify what fits the project
If your project combines several tasks, ask which portions fall within the offered wallpaper removal, drywall repair, painting, or general handyman work. Fixit says it will speak up when a job is beyond its abilities and a specialist is needed. For any task with uncertain scope, describe it plainly and clarify what is included before deciding how to proceed.
