Services

Listed services: Flooring, Painting, Other / Unclassified, Windows.

Explore the services below and confirm the scope of your project directly with the provider.

Custom woodwork

Design and build custom woodwork for residential or commercial projects. When preparing, note intended use, approximate dimensions, and the look or finish you have in mind.

Flooring

For a flooring project, identify the rooms involved, how each space is used, and any existing surface conditions. Those details help define the work you want to discuss.

Painting

For painting work, make a note of the surfaces and rooms involved, their current condition, and the color or finish you are considering.

Windows

For window work, identify the windows involved and describe any concerns or changes you are considering. Photos and approximate measurements can help make the project scope clearer.

Prepare a clear project brief

As a planning step, write down the areas involved, the intended result, and any work that may need to happen alongside the main task. For custom woodwork, include approximate dimensions, intended use, and finish preferences. For flooring, painting, or window work, note the rooms or surfaces involved and describe visible conditions. Photos and a short list of questions can help keep a project conversation focused.

Think through materials and coordination

When a project includes more than one type of work, consider how choices in one area may affect another. For example, identify whether flooring, painting, windows, or custom woodwork share the same rooms or need to fit around existing features. Make a list of your priorities, such as appearance, durability, ease of care, or fit. These are general planning considerations, not a description of a particular provider process.

Questions about Felix Lugo Designs Inc

What information should I prepare for a custom woodwork project?

Before discussing custom woodwork, gather approximate dimensions, photos of the space, and notes about how the finished piece will be used. It is also helpful to identify preferred materials, finishes, and any nearby features that the design needs to accommodate.

How can I compare flooring options for my project?

Start by considering the room’s use, expected foot traffic, exposure to moisture, and how much routine care you want the floor to need. Comparing those factors can help narrow flooring choices before you focus on appearance.

What should I consider before planning painting work?

Note whether the work involves interior or exterior surfaces, and record any peeling, damage, or other conditions that may affect preparation. Choosing a color and finish in advance can also make it easier to explain the result you want.

What details are useful when discussing window work?

Make a list of the windows involved, their locations, and any concerns such as operation, visible wear, or the result you are seeking. Photos and approximate measurements can help clarify which parts of the project need discussion.
