Countertop templating and fabrication
Countertop work includes templating and fabrication. These steps prepare the chosen stone for installation in the home.
Stone selection assistance
Help is available with choosing stone for a countertop project. Consider the room, preferred appearance, and how the counter will be used when weighing options.
Countertop and sink installation
Countertop installation and sink installation are offered. Plumbing installation is not included, so plumbing connections need to be handled separately.
Get ready for countertop templating
Templating is the measurement step in the countertop work. As general preparation, clear items from the counter and gather details about the sink and appliances that will be near it. Having those decisions ready can help you discuss the project requirements before fabrication.
Choose stone with the room in mind
Stone selection is part of the help offered for countertop projects. Before comparing options, consider the room’s colors, the appearance you prefer, and how the counter will be used. Bringing photos or noting your preferences can make it easier to explain what you are looking for.
Plan sink and plumbing work separately
Sink installation is offered, but plumbing installation is not. If your project includes a sink, identify whether it needs plumbing connections and arrange that work separately. The company can recommend someone for plumbing.
