Start with the surface and the work needed
A useful project description names the surface, the room, and any visible damage. For example, distinguish a bathtub from a tiled shower wall, and note whether you are seeking a new finish or need a separate repair. This helps clarify whether the request matches the refinishing work. Plumbing repair, tile repair, regrouting, demolition, and construction are not included in the services.
Compare finish options in context
Consider the color and finish alongside nearby fixtures, counters, or cabinetry. White, Bone, and Bisque are available for standard solid colors; other colors and Stone Effect finishes are also options. If you have a color in mind, describe it clearly when discussing the surface so the available finish choices can be considered.
Prepare a clear project description
As general preparation, measure or estimate the surface area and make a short list of concerns such as chips, cracks, holes, or caulk that may need attention. Photos can help you explain what you are looking at. These are practical ways to organize a request, not a statement about the provider's required process.

Questions about Celtic Tub Refinishers, Inc.
What surfaces can be refinished?
Surfaces include bathtubs, shower stalls, tile walls, vanities, kitchen countertops, cabinets, and appliances such as refrigerators. Share the surface type and the area you want refinished when asking about a project.
What finish colors are available?
White, Bone, and Bisque are available for standard solid-color options, and other colors are also available. Stone Effect finishes are another option. When comparing colors, consider how the surface relates to the surrounding room finishes.
Can damaged surfaces be addressed before refinishing?
Small chips, cracks, and holes in the surface can be repaired before refinishing, and caulk is replaced as needed. The work does not include plumbing repair, tile repair, or regrouting, so describe any damage clearly when discussing the project.
Does tile-wall refinishing include tile repair or regrouting?
The work is refinishing, not tile repair or regrouting. If your project needs broken tile replaced or grout renewed, those tasks are outside the services; identify them separately when deciding what work you need.
Can a shower's sliding glass doors be removed?
Sliding glass doors can be removed if required for refinishing work. If a door is near the surface you want refinished, mention it when describing the area so the project requirements can be discussed.
